3. User responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, provide accurate wallet addresses, maintain security of your systems and private keys, and comply with all applicable laws.
4. Mining operations
Reward evidence: The published design uses direct block outputs. Confirm actual recipients, amounts and receipts; this does not establish that no other entitlement remains.
Mining status: Dashboard onboarding is separate from mining services. The dashboard publishes the mining terms, fees, and payout records that apply to live services.
5. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks including volatility and potential loss.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
