Common issues
Can’t sign in?
Check the email address, then ask for a new code. Codes expire after a short time.
No pool settings yet?
Some new accounts are checked by a person first. Your dashboard says when you’re ready.
Machine not showing work?
Check the pool address, your worker name and the machine’s network. Work can take a few minutes to appear.
Where are my rewards?
Compare the dashboard record with actual outputs and wallet receipts. Ask Support about missing or carried entitlements.
Safety first
- Power
- Use a rated power supply and a grounded outlet. Never chain extension leads.
- Heat
- Give machines airflow, never enclose them, and watch their temperature.
- If in doubt
- Switch off at once if a machine is too hot to touch, smells of burning or looks unstable.
Is it really us?
Anyone can use our name. Here is how to tell whether it is really us.

- Ask you to send coins or money to start mining.
- Ask for your keys or seed phrase.
- Charge to release a reward.
- Sell hashrate, mining plans or packages.
- Promise returns.
